It is with regret that the Club has to announce the death of Life Member Malcolm Wyllie.
Malcolm, known to many in motor sport as Jesse, was born in South Africa in 1919 and completed the majority of his racing career in the United States between 1953 and 1970.
Malcolm was the founder of the Cumberland National Sports Car Races in 1953, Chief Steward (Clark of Course) for SCCA and also Chairman of Gulf Oil Company in 1975 when Jacky Ickx and Derek Bell won Le Mans.
Condolences have been passed to Margaret, with funeral details to be announced.
