being a paid up Full or Life Member of the British Racing Drivers’ Club, hereby appoint the Chairman of the Meeting or (in place of the Chairman)

as my proxy to vote in my name and on my behalf at the Annual General Meeting at 2pm on 04 November 2025 in the Auditorium at the Silverstone Wing, Silverstone Circuit, and at any adjournment thereof in the manner specified below. 5. Special Resolution.
To amend and replace Article 10 of the Articles of Association to recognise automatic Life Membership.

Proposed Text of New Article 10:
10. Life Members shall be:
(a) those Full Members who have been granted Life membership prior to 6 October 2020; or
(b) those Full Members who have been a Full Member of the Club for 20 consecutive years or more and the transfer to Life Membership shall occur automatically when the Club’s membership records show that any Full Member has completed at least 20 consecutive years of Full Membership;
and otherwise as stated in this Article, after 6 October 2020, the Directors may not voluntarily grant Life membership to any other member, unless they satisfy the criteria in this Article 10.
For the avoidance of doubt, Full Members who subsequently become Life Members pursuant to Article 10(b) shall still be obliged to pay annual subscription fees to the Club to maintain their membership.


NOTES:
1. To be valid this form duly completed and signed must be deposited at the Company Secretary, the British Racing Drivers’ Club Limited, Nene House, 4 Rushmills, Northampton, NN4 7YB not later than 2pm on Sunday 2 November 2025. Faxed proxy voting forms can be accepted to +44 (0)1604 620956 not later than 2am on Tuesday 4 November 2025. Emailed proxy forms can be accepted by emailing your completed proxy form to gerald.couldrake@brdc.co.uk not later than 2am on Tuesday 4 November 2025.
2. On any other business arising at the meeting (included any motion to adjourn the meeting) the proxy will vote as he thinks fit.
3. The return of this form of proxy duly completed will not prevent you from attending and voting at the meeting in person if you so wish.
