NOTICE OF DEATH - PATRICK ANTHONY EVERARD
It is with regret that the Club has to announce the death of Life Member Patrick Anthony (Tony) Everard, who passed away on the 18th September.
Tony, who joined the BRDC in 1954, was probably better known for being the Chairman of Everards Brewery Ltd. He raced during the early 1950s with Aston Martin Cars and with a lifelong enthusiasm for motorcycles founded the Donington 100 Motorcycle Group where he served as Chairman and later it’s President. An avid sportsman, Tony founded many Clubs from the Helicopter Club of Great Britain to the British Fighter Kite Club.
Condolences have been passed to his nephew, Richard, with arrangements to be made for a private family funeral.
The Club regrets to inform Members of the death of Tony Fletcher, who was elected as a BRDC Member in 2003.
