NOTICE OF DEATH - JAMES NICOLL CUTHBERT
It is with regret that the Club has to announce the death of Nicoll Cuthbert who died suddenly on Friday 11 May 2012.
Nicoll was elected to the BRDC as an Associate Patron Member in May 1968. He entered Eric Liddell and Bill Dryden in his Ford GT40 and Lotus Elan, respectively, in international events in 1966, 67 and 68, during which time they enjoyed some strong results.
Nicoll was a strong supporter of Scottish motor sport and a regular attendee at the BRDC Regional events North of the Border. His wife, Mary, has expressly requested no flowers. A small private funeral will take place on Friday 18 May.
The Club regrets to inform Members of the death of Tony Fletcher, who was elected as a BRDC Member in 2003.
