NOTICE OF DEATH JOHN DABBS
It is with regret that the Club has to announce the death of Associate Member John Dabbs on Tuesday 26 January 2010.
John’s career began in 1953 as an apprentice at Frazer Nash and his lengthy career included working with the likes of Jack Brabham and Ken Tyrrell. For the last twenty years or so John maintained Nick Mason’s collection.
John became an Associate Member of the BRDC in 1992, and is survived by his widow Brenda and two children, Chris and Lucy.
The funeral will take place at 1.30pm on Friday 12 February 2010 at Guildford Crematorium and afterwards at the Parrott Inn, Shalford.
The Club regrets to inform Members of the death of Tony Fletcher, who was elected as a BRDC Member in 2003.
